摘要: Objective To investigate the proportional changes of CD4 + CD25 regulatory T cells in peripheral blood and decidua unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA) normal pregnant (NP) women. Design Prospective, case–control study. Setting Large public hospital a major city China. Patient(s) Twenty-five URSA patients 34 normal, early pregnant, control Intervention(s) Measurements blood. Main Outcome Measure(s) The proportion bright cells; percentage T-cell population. Result(s) proportions both were statistically significantly lower than those Meanwhile, population was higher that women, whereas difference not significant who have URSA. Conclusion(s) Human play role tolerating conceptus antigens therefore may contribute to maintenance pregnancy. data suggest be novel target therapy.
