摘要: Recognition of foreign paternal antigens expressed in the semi-allogeneic fetus by maternal immune cells is a requirement for successful pregnancy. However, despite intensive research activity during last decades, precise mechanisms contributing to acceptance alloantigens are still puzzling and pregnancy remains fascinating phenomenon. Moreover, most studies focused on fetal contribution success, relatively little known about involvement. In current review, we address paternal-derived factors fetal-tolerance induction. First, discuss data suggesting that both humans mice, female body gets prepared every cycle, also regard male delivered at coitus. Then, provide an overview present seminal fluid how these influence responses reproductive tract. We further ways alloantigen presentation identify modulatory properties fluid-derived with special focus Treg biology. Finally, highlight therapeutic potential different clinical applications.
