摘要: Natural human interferons (IFN) and recombinant IFNs (rIFN-alpha rIFN-beta) inhibited the production of virus in Chang's conjunctival cell cultures infected with epidemic isolates acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis virus, Coxsackievirus type A 24 (CA24). Generally, natural rIFN-alpha rIFN-beta were equally effective inhibiting CA24 infection. However, was more than C, D, I, J, K reducing infection, cytopathogenesis, production. Recombinant IFN-alpha J least cultures. Also, IFN titer reduced 10- to 1,000-fold when cells greater or equal 0.3-0.5 CA24/cell, suggesting a dose-dependent resistance by CA24. These results suggest that antiviral activity against vivo may vary isolates, MOI, IFN, time infection respect beginning treatment.
