摘要: SUMMARY An experiment was conducted to determine the efficacy of a phytase enzyme (Optiphos, JBS United Inc., Sheridan, IN) in corn-soybean meal diets fed laying hens from 32 62 wk age. Hens were consisting negative control diet containing 0.105% nonphytate P (NPP), positive (0.45% NPP), marginal NPP level (0.20%), or supplemental at 150, 250, 15,000 units (FTU)/kg added diet. The dietary treatment terminated 39 age because severe reduction egg production compared with all other treatments. No significant differences observed among treatments BW, production, weight, mass, feed intake, FE when these parameters evaluated over duration experiment. tibia ash seen 5 Excreta much higher (P
