摘要: The atomic-force microscopy method is used to study the structure of surface and formation a dislocation spiral on (010) face potassium hydrogen phthalate crystal grown from water-alcohol solution. It shown that grows according mechanism. Channels surrounding sources with large Burgers vector are discovered. density kinks at steps was so high no smooth regions were observed between kinks. velocity step fluctuates, fluctuations growing in proportion fourth root time. During spiral, segment acquires constant independent its length after attainment critical length.
