摘要: The study of adipocyte differentiation and lipid accumulation in insects has been limited by the lack a system suitable for analysis molecular mechanisms. Here, we describe establishment model BmN4 cells, which are derived from silkworm ovary. In dexamethasone treatment induced lipid, suppressed cellular proliferation, caused cells to form aggregates. We isolated Bombyx mori fatty acid binding protein 1 gene (BmFABP1), is homologue mouse Fabp4 (aP2), marker mammals. BmFABP1 expression was increased treatment. also promoter, found that it activated combination drugs included dexamethasone. demonstration dexamethasone-stimulated provides useful inducible adipogenesis. This should be valuable investigation mechanisms fat body formation, differentiation, other Lepidopteran insects.
