Optical properties of Ga-substituted magnetoplumbites

摘要: The optical properties of Ga-substituted magnetoplumbites are studied by ellipsometry and light reflectivity measurements. Ellipsometrical analysis is presented supposing that the samples homogeneous absorbing anisotropic crystals with smooth surfaces. Data obtained from experiments combined in a Kramers-Kronig to deduce spectral dependences real imaginary parts permittivity. discussion based on assumption spectra given simple sum ionic contributions. Die optischen Eigenschaften von Ga-substituierten Magnetoplumbiten werden durch Ellipsometrie und Licht-Reflexionsmessungen untersucht. Die ellipsometrische Analyse wird unter der Annahme vorgeschlagen, das die Proben homogen absorbierende anisotrope Kristalle mit glatter Oberflache sind. experimentell erhaltenen Egebnisse einer Kramers-Kronig-Analyse kombiniert. Daraus folgt spektrale Abhangigkeit des realen imaginaren Teils Permittivitat. Diskussion basiert auf Annahme, optische Spektrum eine einfache Summe Ionenbeitrage gegeben wird.
