摘要: In unanaesthetized, curarized spinal rabbits (C2 level) treated with Niamide and DOPA, rhythmic activities were recorded from the phrenic nerves; close coordination was observed between bursts locomotor which developed in hindlimb muscle nerves. The frequency of reduced after a second transection at Th12 level, while rhythms remained unchanged. It thus appears that preparation under certain pharmacological conditions, generated by cervico-thoracic cord can be driven lumbar generators locomotion; links exist these locomotion interneuronal networks involved motoneuronal activation, may via forelimb driving.
