摘要: Abstract In anesthetized cats, hind limb muscle spindle receptors were stimulated by injection into the abdominal aorta of succinylcholine at a dosage which did not induce muscular contraction. After few seconds delay, ventilatory activity and cardiac frequency increased. Lumbar cordotomy abolished responses to succinylcholine. Furthermore NaCN injections followed respiratory delayed with respect those observed after injection. The stimulation causes reflex hyperventilation. This observation emphasizes role these in regulation ventilation when they are naturally mechanical factors during natural exercise.
