摘要: The main goals of illustrating the cancer genomic landscape are to identify common gene mutations and profile genetic signatures for specific types or stages cancer. However, biggest finding is overwhelming genetic/nongenetic heterogeneity in cancer, reflected landscapes mutations, epigenomic changes, genome/karyotype alterations, somatic copy number variations. To promote integration these different landscapes, genome theory cell evolution briefly discussed, which redefines concept genome, links genome-mediated coding system inheritance blueprint. multiple-level model introduced following description punctuated evolution, relationship evolutionary phase transition instability, importance fuzzy heterogeneity, mechanism as an emergent with genomes. Micro- macroevolution related gene/epigene evolutions, respectively, it thus important compare patterns principles organismal evolution.
