摘要: Trans-resveratrol, a polyphenol present in red wines and various human foods, was first reported to exhibit chemopreventive properties based on studies using mouse skin cancer model. Our laboratory others subsequently demonstrated the antiprostate (anti-CaP) activity of resveratrol, as evident its suppression cell proliferation, arrest cycle progression, induction apoptosis androgen-responsive LNCaP androgen-non-responsive DU145 PC-3 CaP cells. However, molecular mechanism action resveratrol has not been tested androgen receptor (AR)-positive hormone-non-responsive CWR22Rv1 cells, which mimic transition stages prostate carcinoma. In this study, we investigated antiproliferative effects context modulation growth NF-kappaB expression mediated by targeting protein NQO2, both control NQO2 siRNA silenced Exposure resulted potent, dose-dependent inhibition accompanied reduction p65. The p65 abrogated suggesting that is upstream integral regulation To our knowledge, study reveal plays mediating role resveratrol-induced changes p65, may contribute anti-CaP activities elicited resveratrol.
