Developing five-membered heterocycle substituted phosphinous acids as ligands for palladium-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura and Catellani reactions.

摘要: A new category of secondary phosphine oxides (SPOs) (5a–5j) with/without benzo-fused five-membered heterocyclic substituents were prepared. These compounds are air- and moisture-stable ligands have the advantage long-term storage. Some as well ligand coordinated palladium complexes (6f′ 6f′′) platinum (7b_trans & 7i_trans) prepared their structures determined using single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. The structure 6f′ revealed formation diamond shape di-palladium with a Pd2Cl2 core. As for 7b_trans 7i_trans, processes generation trans-form bis-phosphine shown. SPOs exhibit notable efficiencies in palladium-catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura reactions. Moreover, organic (9k 10c) unexpected conformations obtained from Heck-type Catellani Reaction pathways proposed to accommodate probable routes all products.
