摘要: Several techniques have been investigated for making alloy libraries combinatorial materials development. In this investigation, we demonstrate a method Ni–Fe–Cr ternary library preparation by deposition of three layers different metals with linear thickness gradient rotated 120° each layer. The were interdiffused and alloyed annealing in vacuum. resulting specimens analyzed compared the well-known phase diagram system means rapid x-ray diffraction mapping synchrotron radiation.
