摘要: Recombinant products have become invaluable tools for diagnostic as well therapeutic purposes in modern medicine. Especially cases where raw naturally derived are difficult to standardize, well-defined recombinant single components represent the matter of choice. In recent past, much effort has been undertaken define individual proteins from various sources like pollen, spores moulds, pet dander, and food causing Type 1 allergic reactions humans. Therefore, methods cloning, sequencing, expressing cDNAs coding allergens Escherichia coli became great interest allergologists. For production allergens, suitable expression systems, growing conditions, purification steps be established each product. Finally, purified allergen carefully investigated biochemical, biophysical, immunological properties. following paper, several prokaryotic strategies, analytical will presented pitfalls discussed.
