摘要: Abstract Strontium barium niobate doped with gadolinium, the stoichiometric formula Gd y Sr (0.53–3 /2) Ba 0.47 Nb 2 O 6 (GSBN) was synthesized using solid-state reaction method, varied mol% compositions of ( =0.00, 0.01, 0.03, 0.05 and 0.07). Gadolinium chosen as a dopant goal enhancing ferroelectric pyroelectric properties SBN. The X-ray diffraction spectra showed that all exhibit single-phase tetragonal tungsten bronze structure. influence on microstructure examined by field emission scanning electron microscopy. dielectric characteristics samples diffuse phase transitions. Curie temperature shifted to lower increasing concentration. relaxor characteristic GSBN (above below temperature) described Curie-Weiss Law, Gaussian distribution, quadratic equation. SBN 3 mol% exhibits highest remnant polarization, P r =8.8 μC/cm , while 1 mol% Gd-doped shows coefficient 285 µC/m  K. These qualities can be useful in security, healthcare, pollution monitoring, fire sensing, smart energy system applications.
