摘要: Abstract Calcium-doped sodium strontium barium niobate (SBNN, (Sr0.6Ba0.4)4−xCaxNa2Nb10O30, 0 ⩽ x ⩽ 0.5) ceramics were prepared by a conventional solid-state reaction method. SBNN showed ‘filled’ tetragonal tungsten-bronze structure with fully occupied A-sites. The structure, as revealed X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectroscopy, was not affected the Ca-dopant. Effects of Ca-doping concentration on phase transitions well ferroelectric, piezoelectric pyroelectric properties investigated. From dielectric studies, two anomalies observed, namely, sharp normal ferroelectric transition at 260 °C broad maximum round −110 °C. later its origin discussed. At x = 0.3, sample exhibited highest coefficient 168 μC/m2 K largest (d33) 63 pC/N room temperature. On basis our results, improved Ca-doping.
