摘要: We present a novel ratiometric fluorescent biosensor for ctDNA analysis based on the construction of DNA four-way junction (FWJ). Three fuel strands FWJ are firstly designed and prepared. Another essential strand formation structure is product generated from target initiated displacement amplification. With transformation structure, FRET states two fluorophores change fluorescence response can be recorded to indicate level initial ctDNA. The proposed method also has excellent capability discriminate mismatches shows potential practical utility clinical samples.
