摘要: The genetic information contained in the Kirsten and Moloney strains of mammalian RNA-containing sarcoma viruses has been analyzed by RNA · 3H-DNA hybridization. virus found to possess two distinct sets nucleic acid sequences. One set sequences is murine type C helper virus, other rat virus. contains but not results indicate that arose through a process recombination between leukemia cells. A model suggested for formation transforming involving transduction oncogenic information.
