摘要: We have used human-rodent somatic cell hybrids to investigate the regional localization of IFN-gamma R gene on human chromosome 6 and studied functional antigenic characteristics expressed by Scatchard analyses 125I-IFN-gamma binding an anti-receptor mAb (A6C5). The data obtained revealed coordinate expression IFN-gamma- A6C5-binding capacity as well competition in 6-positive normal cells, indicating that A6C5-defined protein is itself capable high affinity and, thus, likely constitute major distinct types. receptor could be allocated region 6q16 6q22, which also contains c-ros oncogene. Genetic linkage oncogene located a non-random chromosomal aberrations may causal relationship deregulated several malignancies.
