摘要: MADS-domain transcription factors play important roles during plant development. The Arabidopsis MADS-box gene SHORT VEGETATIVE PHASE (SVP) is a key regulator of two developmental phases. It functions as repressor the floral transition vegetative phase and later it contributes to specification meristems. How these distinct activities are conferred by single factor unclear, but interactions with other MADS domain proteins which specify binding different genomic regions likely one mechanism. To compare genome-wide DNA profile SVP reproductive development we performed ChIP-seq analyses. These data were combined tiling array expression analysis, induction experiments qRT-PCR identify biologically relevant sites. In addition, compared target genes those published for FLC AP1, interact phases, respectively. Our analyses resulted in identification pathways that regulated including controlling meristem growth flower whereas hormonal signaling predominantly phase. Thus, regulates many pathways, some common both its others specific only them.
