摘要: High frequency dc-dc switching converters are used as envelope amplifiers in RF transmitters. The converter should operate at very high to track an the MHz range supply power amplifier. One of circuits suitable for this application is a hybrid topology composed switched and linear regulator series that work together adjust output voltage with accuracy. This can take advantage reduced slew-rate technique where provides limited slew rate order avoid losses, while performs fine adjustment obtain exact replica envelope. combination control proposed paper. Envelopes different bandwidth will be considered optimize efficiency converter. calculations experiments have been done 2MHz 0–12V EER transmitter.
