Elimination of the Interaction of the Converters in Switch-Linear Hybrid Envelope Tracking Power Supplies

摘要: As a combination of the switched-mode converter and linear amplifier, switch-linear hybrid (SLH) envelope tracking (ET) power supply can achieve high efficiency bandwidth simultaneously, it be classified into three types, namely, series-form, parallel-form, series–parallel-form. In SLH ET supply, interaction may occur between converters, as result, controlled variable will deviate from its target. this paper, in series-form with different structures is analyzed first aspects control parasitic capacitances, feedforward scheme and/or filter adopted to eliminate interaction. Then, for parallel-form four current methods are introduced compared disturbance-rejection performances, method suppressing disturbance presented. Since series–parallel-form contains at least more complex. On basis analysis supplies, converters followed by corresponding elimination method. Finally, one supplies implemented lab, experimental results verify theoretical analysis.
