摘要: Abstract A simple two-step process was developed to render the copper surface with lower friction and long durability. The substrate immersed in a 0.01 M NaOH solution fabricate textured Cu 2 O film. self-assembled monolayer of alkylphosphonic acid then deposited on film acquire high hydrophobicity. Scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared microscopy water contact angle measurements were used analyze morphological features, chemical composition hydrophobicity freshly prepared samples, respectively. Moreover, friction-reducing behavior organic-inorganic composite sliding against steel evaluated ball-on-plate configuration. It found that films led decreased significantly extended life. For constant load, increase chain length yields are dramatically more stable tribological deformation provide low coefficients over much longer periods time.
