Here, we present first case date traumatic iridial extrusion masquerading as melanocytic neoplasm. An 83-year-old Asian man presented conjunctival-pigmented nodule surrounded by an area diffuse pigmentation. Histopathology revealed in well-demarcated lesion composed spindle shaped melanocytes thick-walled blood vessels. At higher magnification, vessels were thick walls collagen fibres onion-skin-like arrangement.
