摘要: Environmental estrogens and androgens can be present simultaneously in aquatic environments thereby interact to disturb multiple physiological systems organisms. Studies on interaction effects fish of androgenic estrogenic chemicals are limited. Therefore, the aim study was evaluate feminization masculinization zebrafish (Danio rerio) exposed combinations two synthetic steroid hormones detected environmental waters: androgen 17β-trenbolone (Tb) oestrogen 17α-ethinylestradiol (EE2). Juvenile were between days 20 60 post-hatch different binary mixtures Tb (1, 10, 50 ng/L) EE2 (2 5 ng/L). The endpoints studied whole-body homogenate vitellogenin concentration at 40 post-hatch, sex ratio including gonad maturation post-hatch. feminizing potency ng/L EE2, alone as well combination with Tb, clear study, exposures resulting almost all-female populations females being sexually immature. Masculinization male-biased ratios observed when 2 concentrations. Intersex after exposure Tb. Sexual maturity generally increased among males increasing concentrations results show that environmentally relevant an affects process differentiation lead sexual disruption.
