摘要: Abstract Stereum hirsutum and Trametes versicolor , were studied over a period of 3–7 weeks for pretreatment radiata pine wood chips. Chemical analysis pretreated biomass showed that the two strains able to selectively degrade lignin. Selective lignin degradation was greater in week 3 by compared other strain. Lengthening time increased both cellulose losses which caused reduction selective strains. X-ray diffractometry after seven weeks pretreatment, crystallinity woody decreased significantly. It from 46% untreated chips 37% 44% treated biomass, respectively. The with these white rot fungi 3-week provided rich minimum loss pretreatment.
