摘要: Understanding the interaction between individual development and group evolution has essential importance in education, psychology, economics other social science fields. In order to simulate analyze complex phenomenon effectively, a mathematical model is constructed firstly based on reasonable combination of CA theory some related psychology theory. Then large number experiments have been performed process various groups. Based statistical analysis experimental data, we mainly discussed how affected by initial percentage good members, distribution different types members level group. At same time, conclusions are drawn this paper.
