摘要: Abstract The structural gene for β-galactoside-binding protein (Lgals-1), a cell growth regulatory molecule and cystostatic factor, is assigned to the E-region of mouse chromosome 15 region q12-q13.1 human 22. evolutionary conservation these two regions has been previously suggested from comparative mapping several loci. These include murine SIS oncogene (Pdgfb) its homolog, platelet-derived factor-β polypeptide, PDGFB. findings presented here extend genetic homology regions.
