摘要: In vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) is a successful infertility treatment with cumulative conception live birth rates which compare favourably those of spontaneous in the normal fertile population (Fig. 1) [15, 16]. However, despite improvements ovarian stimulation regimens, probability implantation per transferred has not increased significantly remains relatively low at between 10% 15% [3]. Thus major rate-limiting step IVF today failure implantation. Clinicians have become like gardener who spends years developing best-quality seed (embryos), but takes no care to ensure that soil (uterus) into planted receptive provide correct nutrients for germination (implantation) growth.
