摘要: A combined transvaginal 2D real-time and pulsed Doppler method was used for recording flow velocity waveforms in the uterine ovarian arteries from 16 healthy women during follicular luteal phase of normal menstrual cycle. Continuous forward end-diastolic velocities were documented 74% artery 96.5% waveforms. Comparison pulsatility index left right revealed a significantly lower on side ovary bearing developing corpus luteum, suggesting reduced down-stream impedance or increased blood flow. The only seems to be marginally involved observed changes
