摘要: Objective To verify whether uterine artery impedance, measured as pulsatility index and resistance is related to the outcome of in IVF-ET cycles. Design Prospective study infertile women participating an program. Setting University Hospital. Patients Two hundred (24 40 years age), who had one three good quality embryos transferred uterus after a standardized IVF cycle. Intervention Transvaginal color Doppler blood sample on day ET. Main Outcome Measures Uterine index, endometrial thickness, serum E 2 P concentrations, clinical pregnancy rate (PR). Results Pulsatility indices were lower conception (2.45±0.54 0.85±0.04, respectively) than nonconception cycles (2.66±0.39 0.87±0.04, respectively), although overlap values considerable. Overall PR was 35% per ET, it decreased significantly when >3.0 (15%) index>0.92 (13%), being lowest >3.3 index>0.95 (10%). Such high impedance detected 9% Conclusion In likely be unreceptive before but this occurs only
