Optimal Cleanup of Hazardous Wastes

摘要: Over the past decade, world community has focused on deleterious effects of hazardous waste humans, wildlife, and environment. The U.S. Congress established a 'Superfund' aimed at cleaning up these wastes. This legislation impending regulations have given little explicit recognition to either opportunity cost using resources clean or possibility intertemporal trade-offs. authors formulate dynamic model cleanup that examines environmental damage resource wastes in order determine pace extent optimal cleanup.
