摘要: The microtubular cytoskeleton of plant cells provides support for several functions (including the anchoring proteins, assembly mitotic spindle, cytoplasmic streaming and construction cell walls). Both α- β-tubulins are encoded through multigene families that differentially expressed in different organs tissues. To increase variability expression, both protein subunits subjected to post-translational modifications, which could contribute specific microtubule structures. This review aims highlight role modifications tubulin cells. We initially describe expression accumulation β-tubulin isoforms plants at stages development. Second, we discuss types that, by adding or removing functional groups, isoform heterogeneity tubulin. Modifications proposed form a ‘code’ can be read proteins interacting with microtubules. Therefore, subpopulations microtubules may bind associated (motor non-motor), thus creating physical various functions.
