Interestingly, according to American Association, of thyroid proliferative diseases occur four times more in women than men risk developing disorders being one every eight females. Several epidemiological studies have suggested a possible correlation between malignancies and hormones but precise contribution estrogen disease initiation, progression not well understood. This review an attempt define phenotypic genotypic modulatory effects on diseases. The significance relevance expression receptors, α β, normal malignant tissues their different molecular pathways involved growth function gland are discussed. These novel findings open up areas alternative therapeutic treatments preventive approaches which employ use antiestrogen treat malignancies.
