摘要: The present invention is a solid dosage form for oral administration of ibuprofen comprising modified release formulation which provides an immediate burst effect and thereafter sustained sufficient to maintain blood levels at least 6.4 µg/ml over extended period 8 hours following single dose. releases rate initially deliver effective amount within about 2.0 administration. then subsequently delivers the remaining relatively constant level predetermined delivery hours.
