摘要: Abstract A rapid, convenient, and sensitive liquid chromatography–electrospray ionization–mass spectrometry method was developed validated for the quantification of hydrochlorothiazide in human plasma. The samples were first spiked with internal standard, analyte then extracted ethyl acetate. chromatographic separation achieved on a C18 column by using water–acetonitrile (68:32, v/v) as mobile phase. linear within range 2.5–200 ng/ml. lower limit 1.0 ng/ml. Finally, successfully applied evaluation pharmacokinetic profiles healthy male Chinese volunteers.
