摘要: Absorbance measurements show that the binding of proflavine to poly (A) and poly(U) can be quantitatively resolved (within ± 10% relative error) by consideration two bound species whose spectral properties mechanisms interaction are similar those found in DNA. proflavin systems: cooperative along phosphate backbone (process I) between aromatic rings base dye resulting presumably from some kind interacalation ligand consecutive bases II).
