摘要: Follicular Dendritic Cells (FDCs) retain immune complexes (ICs) for prolonged time periods and are important germinal center (GC) reactions. ICs undergo periodic cycling in FDCs, a mechanism supporting an extended half-life of antigen. Based on experimental data we estimated that the average residence Phycoerythrin-ICs (PE-ICs) FDC surface interior were 21 36 minutes, respectively. GC simulations show antigen might impact dynamics due to redistribution by protecting from degradation. Antigen protection influence varied with total concentration. Simulations predict blocking terminates reaction decreases plasma cell production. Considering could be target modulation reactions, our findings highlight importance understanding regulation IC FDCs.
