摘要: Nodular regenerative hyperplasia of the liver (NRHL) has been found in association with collagen vascular diseases, after drug therapy, autoimmune disease, and a variety haematological disorders. The NRHL syndrome Calcinosis cutis, Raynaud's phenomenon, oesophageal dysfunction, sclerodactyly telangiectasia (CREST syndrome) only reported on two previous occasions. disease usually associated CREST is primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) recently nodular patients early stage PBC. We present case serological biochemical features PBC, newly recognised overlap syndrome.
