摘要: Cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEs) were infected with cytomegalovirus (HCMV) strain AD169. Up to 50% HUVEs proved be positive for HCMV early nuclear antigens 24 hours after inoculation virus. Following infection kinetics of surface expression HLA class I and II, intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM-1) lymphocyte (ELAM-1) on investigated by means flow cytometry. A slight increase in was observed, whereas II (DR, DP, DQ) not induced HCMV. Furthermore, when compared uninfected treated interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma), reduced enhancement HLA-DR conspicuous HCMV-infected IFN-gamma. There is evidence that only a portion HUVE affected its ability upregulate antigens. While ICAM-1 found enhanced between 8 20 maximum at 12 infection, no modulation ELAM-1 seen.
