摘要: In this study, the protective role of selenium (Se 4+ ) against cadmium (Cd 2+ toxicity induced DNA damage was determined by using RAPD. The results showed that all doses Cd caused an increase in polymorphism value and a decrease genomic template stability (GTS %). addition, when 0.08, 8 800 ppm concentrations Se were added, decreased GTS increased. Results suggested has antagonistic effect degree is probably related to its concentration ratio.
