摘要: Conditions of environmental stress are known to lead genetic and epigenetic variability in plants. DNA methylation is one the important mechanisms plays a critical role control gene expression. Thus, aim study was investigate alteration genome induced by zinc using coupled restriction enzyme digestion-random amplification (CRED-RA) technique maize (Zea mays L.) seedlings. In addition, determine effect on mitotic activity phytohormone level, high-pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) index analysis were utilized. According results, decreased all concentrations except for 5 mM dose chromosome aberrations such as c-mitosis, stickiness, anaphase bridges determined. It also observed that increasing caused an increase patterns decrease gibberellic acid (GA), zeatin (ZA), indole acetic (IAA) levels contrast abscisic (ABA) level. Especially ABA under may be part defense system against heavy metal accumulation
