摘要: Several fungi, including plant pathogens and endophytes, produce secondary metabolites with biological activity traits (e.g. antibiotics, insecticides, mycotoxins). Mycotoxins can cause severe intoxication of livestock humans who consume food that is contaminated. Over 350 mycotoxins which may impact safety, have been recognized, probably many more exist. Awareness the significant impacts on animal human health has led to development analytical methods for their identification surveillance in feed. The wide range crops, commodities agricultural systems be found, presents a challenge effective analyses. reliability quantitative analysis depends careful execution all component steps from sampling through extraction cleanup. Traditional methods, such as chromatography, together new improved ones, meet these needs. Sophisticated UHPLC–MS/MS technologies are currently cutting-edge methodology simultaneous multi-mycotoxin matrices. A combination technology sample preparation, provide robust practical answers mycotoxin detection. On other hand, rapid, field deployable (such dipsticks biosensors) significantly less expensive while still providing acceptable accuracy. These techniques applied adapted specific requirements biosecurity. likelihood discovery yet-unknown mycotoxins, context biosecurity, calls additional rapid analysis.
