An Approach to Database Preference Queries Based on an Outranking Relation

摘要: Abstract In this paper, we describe an approach to database preference queries based on the notion of outranking, suited situation where preferences different attributes are not commensurable. This model constitutes alternative use Pareto order whose main drawback is leave many tuples incomparable in general. Even though outranking does define mathematical sense term, a technique which yields complete pre-order, global aggregation degrees computed for each pair tuples, reflects “quality” tuple w.r.t. others.
