摘要: Whole-cell biosensors are a good alternative to enzyme-based since they offer the benefits of low cost and improved stability. In recent years, live cells have been employed as for wide range targets. this review, we will focus on use microorganisms that genetically modified with desirable outputs in order improve biosensor performance. Different methodologies based genetic/protein engineering synthetic biology construct required signal outputs, sensitivity, selectivity be discussed.
