摘要: BACKGROUND Nurse educators have used peer teaching as a means of providing effective learning to learners and enhancing teachers' comfort with teaching. There is lack evidence related feedback teachers. Receiving may enhance knowledge synthesis understanding the process. METHODS We utilized mixed methods approach determine if an evaluation instrument was valid helpful Both completed evaluations teachers, which were then compared. After receiving summarized feedback, teachers survey regarding their experience. RESULTS no statistical differences between learner educator ratings Peer indicated they found be in high fidelity simulation setting. satisfaction Analysis qualitative comments on peer-teacher surveys resulted identification three themes: (a) validation growth; (b) increased teaching; (c) enhanced appreciation CONCLUSIONS gain for both learners. Enhanced lead patients peers future practice.
