摘要: A high-grade mucoepidermoid carcinoma associated with giant cell of the bronchus was found in a 41-year-old man. Light and electron microscopic examinations showed glandular squamous elements. The histology similar to those previously reported carcinomas. It assumed that present case is result transformation originating bronchial gland.
