摘要: Primary tissue cultures of human gliomas were treated with cytochalasin B (0.5–60 μg/ml for 90 min). Cell motility was inhibited irreversibly in glial tumour cells, but the effect reversible on mesenchymal cells growing culture lower dose range. adhesion considerably reduced as increased, capacity to spread a surface from suspension. Low concentrations caused negligible cell death and little disruption ultrastructure. However, increases accompanied by greater predominance rough endoplasmic reticulum inclusions aggregation microfilament bundles. As seen scanning electron microscopy, withdrawal peripheral borders, disappearance ruffles breakdown cytoplasmic lamellae. Charateristic blebs folds appeared their place.
