摘要: The intravascular contrast media in current use are solutions of salts tri-iodinated substituted benzoic acids. Haemodynamic changes following injection these due mainly to their high osmolar concentration which is five eight times physiological levels. In this study we compare the effect dogs on femoral arterial flow three new low osmolality (Amipaque, Iopamidol and Hexabrix) compared conventional (Conray 280). Conventional such as Conray 280 cause a marked vasodilatation increase blood about twice pre-injection much less (+ 32%). There was no significant difference between effects any media. experiment suggests that should be suitable for arteriography they (and therefore discomfort) than Our results do not indicate preference agents.
