摘要: Simple tidal prism models for well-mixed estuaries have been in use some time and are discussed most text books on estuaries. The appeal of this model is its simplicity. However, there several flaws the logic behind model. These pointed out a more theoretically correct simple derived. In doing so, it made clear which effects can, theory, be neglected can not.
